I just came back from a bbq with family friends at SS3.. The place that I came from y'all.....I miss ss3 like crazy especially because everything would be so much more easier and NEARER. I met up with Jerrie and Jay. My brothers whooped them at Dota. Woot! =)Highlights.... I think older guys know how to treat ladies. I think I'm capable of falling for older guys more easily compared to the ones about my age. HAHA... But of course, anything goes when your sloshed so we may never really know what's real and what's not when youre in that state of mind. More of that for another time.
I'm so sleepy, I think I need like a whole week's worth of sleep. Finally, I'm actually feeling sleepy. I've not been sleeping exactly that well for some time and it's fucking depressing the shit out of me because I've been so friggin' emotional these past few days. I hope it's not PMS. I want my usual PMS signs. It's so much more fun and satisfying ;)
Toodles....

Cili Terbang
Presenting...
The "Flying" Chilli
I can't live a day without chilli so you can imagine how much I put in there. See how red it is now? And now, they have chilli padi for you too! Syok-ness...
So that was lunch.... I went to the pet shop and I saw the maid taking this fella for a walk. He is so adorable. The kind you want to kidcap and take home. Hehe, but I've always preferred big dogs. Like a Malamute or a St. Bernard or a Bull Mastiff.... I would just loveeeee to have one. Small dogs can become annoying. Like those Paris Hilton ones people seem to lug around nowadays... They look ugly and their barking is so annoying. Like a cross between a squeak and a high-pitched yelp.
If he were my dog, I'd name him Gizmo... Hehe...
This one was up for adoption. He looks like he's gonna piss in his pants
(if he wore pants, that is)

wedding bells for...
It's that time of year again when everyone is all jolly to have free booze and food; technically, it's not exactically free since we were invited for the "special event", we are royally saman-ed. Hehe.. It was Ivan and Eina's wedding lunch last Saturday. Ivan being my 2nd uncle I think?.. since he's my dad's cousin. It was held at Marco Polo, Wisma Lim Foo Yong, Kayyy eLLeee bayybehh!
That is Sei Sam and her elder sister. I really tapek *salute* ladies like Sei Sam that really bother to take care about their youthfull-ness and all that. She is sooooo slim. and hot looking. She's like in her 60s i think and she can pass for a 40 year old.
Being Malaysians, nothing goes on schedule. It was full house about 1 i guess when it was written 12 o clock on the wedding invitation card. But even though it's full house, the lunch did not start until like 1.30. You have no idea how hungry I was. And having to put that smile on because it's all family members which I normally see once a year was pretty hard work! I didn't have anything before I left the house. Yeahhh.... I know... My fault I'm late but I was early for the lunch wasn't I? Starting late may be one thing but to get the lunch even started, restaurants have this thing of having a show before they serve the food! We had to watch them walk around the hall and then stand on stage with the chef tossing some high-ass flames supposedly to awe us but I was too damn concerned about the growling my stomach was giving to care. Yeah, you probably won't wanna mess with me when I'm hungry. Hahaha...
This is Yvonne, my dad's other cousin and her boyfriend, Danny. They've been together for over 2 years and this was the first time I met him. I thinkkkk she's taller than him -she is pretty tall for a girl anyway - but they look good together :)
They passed small lil book marks like this on every plate on the tables. I got this one. I think it is so cute!!
Ivan giving his speech...with his wife always by his side. *All together now - Awwwww*
That's Eina's parents and relative to her right with Ivan on her left.
And this everyone, is Nisha Lee. Yes, it's his daughter. Long story but I'm pretty sure you know what kinda happened wayyyy before the actually wedding night.
Aunty Linda - Ivan's mother - carrying her first grandchild. I'm sure they pamper Nisha like crazy!but she is a cutie with such chubby cheeks. Who could blame them?
Aunty Jun and her grand daugther, Crystle.
The Four Seasons which is a must I think at every wedding... which must be the starter...
I think this was my favourite. I just loveeeeeee wo peng. It's like the Chinese pancake with lotus paste in the middle. The one they made at Marco Polo is better than the one at Royal Selangor Club I think. My mother and I ate practically the whole plate. And I was even tempted to go over the other table to take theirs since they were not eating it. It's a shame it goes to waste ok!
Of course at weddings, we had a wedding singer. I have no idea what her name is but she was a good jazzy-sorta singer. My mom practically forced me to take a picture of her just out of courtesy to "boost her energy" to sing!.. The songs she sings reminds me of scenes of Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's. Like running through some New York rain in those expensive coats. Hahaha... One of my many random thoughts...What is the first thought or thing that comes to mind when you say KL?.. There's a lot of things I'm sure but I like this pic -mostly because I took it :)

Catch-up sessions!

I saw this car in the car park, opposite Wingy's Waja and I needed to take a pic of it. I like vintage though I was reminded time and time again that it's a JAPanese car. So it's a spoilt image for joh but you can't look over the fact that cars that ARE vintage ARE oh-so-sexy-I'd-do-you-in-a-second ...And NO, Joh this comment was so NOT meant for you. Bugger off!" Teehee..
Some random people in KL. with the Planet Hollywood sign in the background :)
So, after walking for almost the whole day, we decide to sit down at the FoodRepublic Court in Pavillion because it's supposedly the cheapest place to eat at; which trust me is pretty expensive like the rest of the place. We ended up buying some buns from BreadTalk and sitting at the court because we were too tired. But if you care to notice the sign above, I swear, I had no idea Manhattan, Brooklyn and 5th Avenue was just around the corner to the right while Madison Avenue just a lil further up to the left. Last I knew, It was like 180 degrees straight ahead right across the globe! Hahahhaa... I really wonder why they put up signs like this. They should spend their money on something a lil less "useless" and maybe pay their workers a lil more. It's only fair isn't it??
TwiggyDori grabs the camera and takes a picture of this! Can you imagine? Of all things she snaps, she snaps a picture of dead fish. Hehehe, But I'm sure you wouldn't have thought this pic was from the prestigious Pavillion now did you?
The heart of Kuala Lumpur all lit up. I would love to live in the city if it weren't for the jam. Imagine the endless honkings, pollution in all forms and the occassional riots now... I wonder what's gonna happen to this country soon enough...Hmm...Ok ok, as I was saying...
we ourselves get into the jam as well no matter which way we took to take the Smart Tunnel. Like I pointed out earlier, Wingy decided to take us on a little road trip. We get off from the Smart Tunnel. Only AFTER the turn off to Petaling Jaya does she ask me to buzz Kye about collecting our clothes. Nevermind that. Then, as were reaching another turn off that is to Bukit Jalil Stadium, she says it's gonna be DAMN JAM that she goes on straight. Guess where we were heading to? To Serdang and Seri Kembangan! which is wayyyyy off our supposed destination. So, we double back and I realized we were just minutes away from Putrajaya. Hahahahaa. In the end, we had to skip our Italian dinner in Puchong to pick up the clothes from Kye and send TwiggyDori home. :( I reached home a tad bit worried since wing canNOT multitask while driving but God answered my prayers when Wingy messaged me online saying she was back home. Thank God! Pheww!...:)P/S: Wingy, you owe me ice cream. I don't why but you just do. Love you too and thanks in advance. Hahahahaa

Busy bee-ing part 2
So, my mother has been going on how uber-ly awesome these EGG tarts in Canton-i @ 1Utama is. It's like the sister-restaurant of Dragon-i. Anyway, we went there for lunch since I needed to look for luggage and boots from Aldo but that's another story later....So...
Welcome to CANTON-I. It's the restaurant opposite Burger King in 1Utama. You see the chefs at work right at the front because it's all glass. It's a such a sales-magnet gimmick that everyone is so into now. But I have to admit that they did a good job of it. The siew yook and the char siew on display looks so tentalizing to the taste buds you're just drawn to eat there! I wonder what some people would do without pork! especially my family. I swear I think they can go crazy...

The youngest sibling, SlayerTalon together with the Eldest in the family Motherdearest who everyone coincidentally thinks is the youngest girl in the family. My excuse: "She's my mother! She is OLD!"
So cute. right?

The awaited egg tarts...I have to say that my mom was right. It was realllyyyyyy goood.. I had like 3 tarts. The pastry I think is what gives it such an over-the-top taste. It's flaky - not like other egg tart pastries. And when it's served hot like how it is there, it just makes it all perfect like how people in those adds bite into something and have that "Oh, my god this is the best thing I have EVER tasted" look with their eyes closed while licking their lips..Yeah..that feeling...
It was so hot, Talon burnt the top of his mouth. Hehehe..We had to put down ours for a while before we took it up again..After lunch, motherdearest decides to bring us to her office which is just next to 1Utama in the IBM building - and might I add - at the PENThouse. I hear they pay like RM130,000 a MONTH for rent? Like...Jeeezzzzz.... The things I could do with that money... Anyway, this time...
Welcome to B Braun...

These parrot fishes greet you when you enter. They're so cute! But so scared. They ALL swim away to one corner whenever someone comes near the aquarium.
Some simple and cool deco at the FIRST hang out area... They have like 3 hang out areas..Indoor and outdoor... You pick!
BigMama (my grandmother) and motherdearest testing out the chairs - actually they were just tired after walking around 1Utama.
Okayy...This is what I call a PANTRY! Look at that round-bartender-ish looking table and the colour schemes and don't get me started on the coffee machine andddddd alcohol they have stocked around. Okay, so they don't have thatttttt much of great alcohol but at least they have it!

The outside hang out area is simple. Just some chairs and tables with a water feature and some plants to make the place look a lil less of a drab...

We were all enjoying the breeze outside. It would be soooooo cool to work here. I could sit out here and read and with the wind constantly there...Syok-ness... "Just because 1Utama is next door doesn't mean I'll be shopping everyday!"
Some sights you see from the balconies

Yeap, the ever-constant jammed up -except for today - highway... Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong or better known as LDP.
From sightseeing, we became all serious because we wanted to meet the "geniuses of the past". Guess who these people are...

Picture 1
If you don't know this guy, I'll kick you.
Picture 2
If you don't know this guy either, you seriously need to buck up on your history.
Picture 3
Ok...I have think a while.... "Thanks to a certain someone for correcting me"...It's Nikola Tesla - the guy that invented the fluorescent tube as we know it. I won't sue you for not knowing this because neither did I...Hehe
Picture 4
Hehe.. Ok..If you don't know them, then you haven't been reading much of my blog. That's SlayerTalon and my brother Sean also known as Mr. Buff.
Picture 5
Hehehe...Let me give you guys a clue: In Russell Peters' voice "Confucious say yeww go to jail, bad boy!"
I find it so cool they have all this up in the training rooms. It's like unintentionally yet intentionally saying "Aim high like them man" or bluntly saying "Why the hell aren't you as smart as them?" Hahahaha
So finally I find motherdearest's place. She has like the best spot. It's next to the window!! "She's got the room with a view" not literally but close enough...
"I just needed to look for my brother's jacket.":)
She looks out to see One World Hotel.
and other surrounding bulidings of course....
We started testing out the chair because they looked nice. And they were pretty comfy!...
The, we headed over to the show room which was all nice but a lil scarry if you had some weird-haired man bring you to see the showroom. It's all the hospital equipments. So, I hope you get my drift.
This, I think is used to help pull the baby out from the mother's womb or something like that... I'm not really sure.....
Some other weird stuff...
Every utensil has one made out of gold. And this is one of them.
"Oh look - a sofa"
And they had dolls dressed up as nurses. Isn't that scary?
You think so?... It's pretty much ALMOSTTTT there...
So, after giving motherdearest our pleasure of seeing her work place. We head on down to look for Sean's jeans. Apparently, there's a reptile house or something at 1Utama which I obviously didn't know about... But I saw some of these on display outside.
I think snakes are so beautiful. At least these ones. Not being biased since I'm born in the year of the snake or anything but just look at their skins. What other animal has that kinda colours and patterns for their skin?
The bigger version of the green tree python.
This hedgehog is soooooooooo kawaii!.... Hehehe...
This fella...well, I don't exactly know why my mother asked me to take a picture of this fella but I did anyway.. And he properly deserves a little credit so I uploaded his pic up here... I really don't like animals being in cages... It's just so cruel. I mean, can you imagine being stuck in your room. You are given food, shelter, water and all that is needed to survive EXCEPT for your freedom. Think about it.
Stand up! for ya...
You gotta stand up for your rights!
